How do access netgear router?

In the past I have put 11 into internet explorer & it comes up.

But not this time:(

http://192.168.0.1 is more like it.

Look on the bottom of your router which will give you the default router address, normally 192.168.0.1.

The other way to check what it is if there is no sticker is to click on your start bar, type CMD, hit enter and then type IPCONFIG which will give you the details that you need.

Out of interest, why do you need to access your router?

Do you know what your IP address is?

It should be 192.168.1.x or 192.168.0.x and then you would normally access your router as above with http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1

The default username is admin and the password is password (you may have changed it of course)
