Hi everyone - not money saving, but wondered if anyone here could help. We are posted to RAF Waddington and don't really know a lot about it, we move end of jan. Is anyone posted there now? and does anyone have any tips and advice for move in. Could anyone tell me about the area etc. We are in quarters now and this will actually be our first move from quarter to quarter. Thanks a bunch guys x

We've never been posted there so can't really help - but check out the RAF Married Quarters page on Facebook. You'll get lots of advice there and there might even be a page for the Waddington WAGs if you have a look.

I'm at Waddo too.

If you are moving into MQ's then you could end up being put at Scampton, Digby, Cranwell or Waddington be prepared for not actually living at Waddington.
If you are looking at buying in the near future, youcan#t really go wrong around Lincoln.

Lincoln is only a couple of miles away from Waddington, we've got pretty much everything you would normally need here (all the supermarkets and big shops etc).

Where are you going to be working?
