The normal is that when your order arrives they've charged you the price as was instore at the time but last time this happened to me I rang up and they honoured the price online.

This happens all the time with Tesco... You just have to ring CS and they should in theory honour it!

However i also ordered a toy story 3 cake @ £9 as well as a pack of £1 3yr old party balloons together with my 18 packs or various can packs. Including delivery my order came to £4.18 as a guide price..... I think its causing a glitch and deducting more money when you add to basket! hth

I've been ultra naughty and also ordered some Go Ahead bars that are STILL showing as 3 for £2 instead of 3 for 2!! They'll never learn will they - but also ordered a few other bits and came to £14 but had £10 clubcard vouchers that i found sitting in my account (thanks Martin) so should only be £4

if you had the Pizza Express offer (half price) it deducts the total price

I've done one order but try to do another and get the sorry... page can not be found?

When I try to do an order it is showing as a minus, is that right? It is like it is taking off more, very strange!

I'd like to know this as well. I am quite new to all this and wouldn't want to be charged the full price when they arrive.

How bizarre! I've added 9 x packs of Lilt and 1 x tin Roses and the total is showing as £0.59 for the lot!

Tesco are normally very good at honouring glitches, certainly in my experience - if you're charged the full price and you find that Tesco won't honour it when you call CS, just send the order back to store.

May be a bit of a nuisance to some, but nothing ventured nothing gained I reckon!
