    Hi

Re the Vue screenings (the GMTV Charlotte's Web and the Marie Claire Babel)

I have been to Vue and have been told for the Marie Claire screening to bring the magazine page in at the time of the screening, they don't have tickets in advance - this is despite the mag telling you to collect them in advance. What has everyone else found with this one - I don't want to turn up on the night and be told all the tickets have gone...

And the GMTV ones aren't available either, again despite the web page stating they are avaiable from 8th Dec...

Has anyone else had similar problems, or is it just my local Vue??
  • I too had problems with Charlotte's Web - I was told they didnt have any tickets at Vue Sheffield and the Manager actually wrote on the printed page off the internet that the page was to act as my tickets.

Has anyone turned up with the page from the mag on the night and been refused entry because its full?

  • I've managed to get Charlotte's Web tickets on Monday from the Odeon (Manchester Printworks) and they seem to have quite a few.

There is now a post about the Dreamgirls screening you can get via Glamour magazine. I subscribe to Glamour and have the latest edition (Jan 07) but can't see details anywhere. Does anyone know what page it's on?

    Thanks

I spent 20 minutes in a newsagent about a week ago and couldn't find it either. Must have gone front to back and back to front checking every page at least half a dozen times.
Gave up in the end - decided that either I'd missed it because it was in fact in the Dec '06 edition, OR (and more likely) it is in the Feb '07 issue which will be in the shops very shortly.

  • I too spent 20 mins standing in WH Smith looking thru Jan 07 'Glamour' magazine and couldn't see it anywhere :(

I too suspect it'll be in the Feb 2007 edition.

In future we should all try to include the page no's.

    Merry Xmas.

I asked about this on the discussion board. Consensus seems to be it isnt in the current edition, but should hopefully be in the next edition.
