Credit where its due have bought from these people before without problems , this time they sent my order one month later than suggested on the despatch note with 43 cents for airmail from the US resulting in an £ 11.44 excess charge from Royal Mail .
FragranceX now ignore emails and Paypal refuse to help , will try their chief executive . Hope this helps others thinking about their great deals:mad:

it has nothing to do with the airmail paid

Thanks for bothering to reply , that was my assumption until I examined the package collected from our trusty Royal Mail sorting office .
USPS suggest a scale fee for Globalmail priority of $ 15.92 which matches the clearly described excess postal charge including VAT applied by Royal Mail , customs duty was not charged .
Fragrance X did admit before they started ignoring me that they are using a cheaper carrier , now I understand why . Any other ideas please ?0 -

well you didnt examine it very clearly then
you were charged VAT and an RM £8 clearance fee
RM has no system in place to charge underpaid international items
Fragrence X will be ignoring you as you are making a non complaint
underpaid item leaving the UK

I am still waiting for my order from this company!
I ordered perfume & aftershave after following the link on MoneySavingExpert.com, I thought it would be a reputable company
The items were for my kids for Xmas, I place the order on 27 Nov & was told it was despatched on 29 Nov, I have still not received either item
I have emailed them twice, stating the delivery information from their website, they have responded both times, but no actual resolution to the problem
I'm not sure what to do next?
I don't want anybody else to order from this company & be disappointed too!0 -
I ordered something in August - it didn't arrive for weeks and I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and refund. I then received a card at the end of September from the Post Office telling me I had to pay £11.24 or the item would be returned. I advised Fragrance X and they mostly ignored me but then said that they would refund when the goods had been returned. It is now Jan 2011, the goods have been returned and despite many emails to them they have ignored me and no refund has been received. Obviously they are a crooked organisation as it would be far better business to give the £20 refund and I might then have continued as a customer. As it is, I can only tell everyone NOT to use them. It's not only costly, but very irritating and wastes valuable time.0
