With regards to the Baileys last year we couldn't be *rsed to wait for the various 'Baileys Wars' so bit the bullet and due to a recommendation from a friend bought the riculously-named Queen Margot from Lidl for a bargainous £4.99 for a 70cl bottle. Same ingredients as baileys (i.e. Irish Whiskey and not wine like many of the cheap Baileys clones) and it was fantastic. It has apparently won awards from expert tasting organisations.

Cheers - that's just saved me a wad of cash, as OH loves Baileys.
The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.
  • Shame we dont have a Lidl near us

My OH likes the Iceland own one but she does adore Baileys

Gutted that the 7up isn't on offer the same as the Pepsi is. It had been the last couple of years but not this year unless the SEL hasn't been changed?

No its not on offer yet:p

Not at all - It is the last week you can participate in the christmas voucher promotion - You have to collect 5 reciepts out of 6 weeks and considering this is the 2nd week of the promotion if you don't start collecting reciepts now then you will be 1 reciept short!
I mis read your post, grovelling apology :p sorry.
