Morrisons - Buy 1 Get 2 Free/Better Than Half Price & Half Price Offers

Went to Morrisons today with a list of the best offers.
When we got there the pepsi and pringles were stacked up as per, but although the pepsi had the offer signs on there wasn't any on the pringles. Anyway put the cans in as per the offer and carried on.

Loads of good offers including a new buy 1 get 2 free-on the kellys ice cream mmm. OP can you add to top offers?

Got to the tills, problem with pringles. Girl on counter was confused as they were under the impression it started today-called for manager.

She basically said there is a nationwide problem and the tills have not yet got the offer on. Initially she said they couldn't process them at all and she was sorry but the offer terms do allow them leeway if there is an issue. Hubby said he felt it wasn't good enough and couldn't they do some kind on manual adjustment. In the end they put one through and didn't scan the other 2, but the manager did say it was a special favour and she wouldn't do it again for us.

The manager was very nice and apologetic and said they are hoping to get it sorted by midnight tonight. So just forwarning anyone who was making a special trip.

No offer sign on the Red Salmon either as discount not being applied due to computer glitch.

How long are the buy 1 get 2 free offers on for please? Just 1 week?

We had similar issue in Wales got to morrisons nice and early(expecting a huge demand due to MSE) got the salmon BOG2F pringles same offer and pepsi and ciri tomato puree 2 for 1.00 instead of 79p each finally at checkout hubby said wow that was a lot of money so get cashier to check reciept apart from pepsi everything else was at normal price not the B1G2f....call manager over it is only 8.40am so we must be first MSE of day and we had pay full price go to CS and get cash refund of 24.00 not back on card which for us meant going to bank to put money back. hubby who is a whizz with numbers thats not right so sit in car check they had not refunded 8.00 for salmon so back in to get cash again in all 32.99 .They were ever so sorry but not there fault(cs and cashier) but a nationwide problem,I really pity them today!!!
Madness all it needed was to type in the offers at HQ.

I didn't have a problem with the Pringles or the cans of Pepsi at Morrisons Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.All went through the till ok. However the Kelly's ice cream wasn't even marked up on the sel. HTH

I had problems with the Red Salmon too.......Do they do it deliberatley? I wondered how many other shoppers had not checked their receipt. Stocked up on the Radox at 60p per 500ml bottle. Tempted by the Pringles, but knew they would have all been eaten by Friday (by me);)

Vaseline men's deodorant, 24 hour protection, 250ml, is marked on SEL as £1.27 b1g1f , however, the till discounted £2.54 for 2 tins - so free! The assistant noticed and reported the fault but let me have my 4 tins free, so I'm happy with that.

i haven't got a Morrisons near me, Asda Walmart at the bottom of the rd but there are some great offers there, the biscuit sets are good value and always good for presents for Grandparents ; )

Prices in Morrisons Leyland were all over the place

Got 3 tubs of kellys ice cream and was charged last weeks better than half price price of £1.50 each so i went to customer services and said they are on buy 1 get 2 free. They gave me £3 back so i got 3 tubs for £1.50 :money:

Also got 2x 750g boxes of kellogs cornflakes on bogoff but was given 2.68 back on the receipt so 2 boxes for £1.80 :money:

I also had a problem with the offers today. I didn't check my receipt until I got home and found they owe me over £12. I have to make an hour trip to get my money back some time this week. The ones that didn't go through for me were the pringles even though they had stacks of them at the entrance, the Winalot tin dog food 2 for £5, shortbread fingers never came up bogof, some Foxs chocolate biscuits Charged £1 instead of 54p, King Edward potatoes charged £2 instead of £1. All were marked up at the offer price except the pringles but I checked the Morrisons website when I got home to check they were def on offer - my kids thought it hilarious that I had paid £12 for 6 packs of pringles!

I got to the Plymouth Plymstock branch around noon, and they had a special stand of pepsi and pringles near the entrance. On the pringles, it just said special offer, and I looked around for the price, and asked someone if they were on buy 1 get 2 free, and she said they would be, but they're having problems with the tills. The Pepsi was labelled up, so went and got my 6, plus a few other bits and bobs in the shop, and everything went through fine. Just need to return later in the week for another round of pepsi, plus the pringles.
