OS solution to mouldy windowframes?

I have found the condensation on our bedroom windows is much much worse since we upped the insulation in the attic. We have plenty of ventilation so it's definitely not that. I have recently read that increasing insulation often causes problems with condensation and people who have done what they think is the right, green, thing to do sometimes find the rafters in their attics dripping wet - not that they tell you that on the enrgy saving websites. We are now having to look into getting a heat recovery system to try and deal with the moisture
