I've emailed a complaint to Marks and Spencer on the 2nd of November. How long does it take for them to reply? Does anyone have any experience with them?

Thanks

If you sent it to Marks and Spenser, it will probably never reach them!
    Gone ... or have I?

You would have been better off, sending it by snail mail, and asking for a signature.

Surely, the length of time would depend on the nature of the complaint.

Took them about 2 weeks to send me an e-mail to say the local manager would investigate and contact me - I'm still waiting to find out why their cafe operation is the worst I've ever encountered.

If retail did you send it to your local store, to Head Office? Customer Services or Chairman?

Head Office should be responding to you within 48 hours tops. Can be longer at this time of year as it is the busiest period for them (probably more so with the inevitable 'not enough stock' emails they will get for Dine for Ten).

Have you double checked your spam folder?
