Glad you had a relaxing morning followed by a lovely afternoon. How annoying about your boiler, do you have boiler cover?June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Nope fraid not!0

Ouch! I think British Gas provide a service where they make the repairs for a smallish fee and then you take out the cover. Hope it's nothing too major/expensive.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

To be honest we never bother with boiler cover either. We just asked the neighbours when our pump went on the old boiler and a small local firm came out the same day and replaced it.
Hope it is something easy to fix.0 -
We have a friend hopefully coming out to look later. At least it's the summer and we have an emersion heater we can use for hot water etc so it's not all bad. I refuse to get dragged down by something else. There's always something.
My aim today is to try and earn £8.33 via anyway I can :rotfl:. Can you tell that's the daily interest?0 -
I've been doing an average of £6.45 a day by doing all the surveys that head my way. Are there any new sites you can sign up to? Quidco also do surveys for 85p where it was 70p? on tcb. Takes about 2 months to pay out mind, so that might influence you. I am about to be paid for a couple i did in April.0

Hopefully it will be easily fixed. How did you get on with your ebay sales?
I am going to hit the surveys today, it's easy to get out of the habit. I don't do Bingoport anymore so need to earn Amazon vouchers anyway I can!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Hi Yukkibear

I'm thinking about dipping my toes in the MFW waters, so have subscribed to your thread.
Looking forward to picking up some tips from you

I managed three ebay sales last night, two of which have paid so I will package them up later on. I've only got six listed on there at the mo, may have a scout around later for more.
Hi Flyin_fresian, thanks for posting, are you going to start a diary over here? I lurk on yours over on DFW and you're doing really well, well done. I'll pm you re swagbucks as that's not one I do.
The £8.33 i'm counting both virtual and real money as eventually when it all comes to me it's going to go in the same direction off the mortgage. It just makes me feel as thought I'm beating the bank if I can "earn" the daily interest iyswim.
So far today I'm on 53p which is made up of 23p rounded down bank acc to nearest pound, and a 30p DY review written. Later I can count all the reads and I also posted over to Ciao so that'll help as it was a whole penny per read review over there. Hopefully there will be some OP later too.0
