Hi there,
Did something stupid - i left positive feedback for my seller without checking if the items are really in working condition - i bought some dvd's - only recentely discovered that 2 of them doesnt work...
should i contact the seller or is it too late to complain??
thanks
V

You can still open a dispute. Have you checked if it's the region that's the problem? My TV is broken!

Still complain, you can still do a chargeback with paypal, just think of it as a learning curve!!!

not sure if its the region - it seems to have the wrong sound that doesnt match the actual film - the actual film starts playing - but with the sound of the special features or interviews or something (if u know what i mean) ?!?

1st step... contact the seller. Explain it's only 2 of them that have a problem. Give them a chance to sort it.
2nd step... if they don't help... open a dispute. The fact that you left feedback won't matter to paypal. My TV is broken!
