item not in working condition

Hi there,

Did something stupid - i left positive feedback for my seller without checking if the items are really in working condition - i bought some dvd's - only recentely discovered that 2 of them doesnt work...

should i contact the seller or is it too late to complain??

    You can still open a dispute. Have you checked if it's the region that's the problem?
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    Still complain, you can still do a chargeback with paypal, just think of it as a learning curve!!!

  • not sure if its the region - it seems to have the wrong sound that doesnt match the actual film - the actual film starts playing - but with the sound of the special features or interviews or something (if u know what i mean) ?!?

    have got 3 dvd's from this seller- the last one seems to be working fine

    1st step... contact the seller. Explain it's only 2 of them that have a problem. Give them a chance to sort it.
    2nd step... if they don't help... open a dispute. The fact that you left feedback won't matter to paypal.
