Virgin's new crowd control on friday evening out of Euston
Is this across all trains during their peak time?!
How does 'reservations first' work if some of those people turn up 5 minutes before departure?! what about those with standard 'peak' tickets?! they cant get on as they don't have a reservation?
And what about season ticket holders?!
do Virgin allow for ANY standing on these regulated number trains now? or seats only?
surely the standard first come first served thing worked better?? Euston is packed enuff without them holding ppl back making them pack up the station more waiting for the next service which will again have the same problems! or worse 'wait until off peak as u have no reservation'.
