East coast rail - air ticket promo?

Yesterday I completed an online questionnaire all about business travel between Newcastle and London. One of the questions asked if I was aware that East Coast were offering a promotion where you swap a used Newcastle/Edinburgh to London air ticket for a free First Class train ticket.

I cant find any mention of this on the website or via google, has anyone heard of this before?
From memory Yorkshire bank were charging me on average 3 failed DD/ Cheque letters and roughly 15 to 20 days charges per month between 1997 and 2005. In total thats about £250 per month for 8 years. I did nothing about it :(
