How crazy is this to make a dress out of material like this.
What are you supposed to do if it rains and you get it wet? you would not be able to sit down anywhere etc.It might also stain your underwear as well.
I would get a refund on the dress as well if I were you.0 -

Its likely to be the heat that releases the colour rather then the water... (Degree in Textiles) They should have warned more clearly about the dye-run problem though.

The dye can run out of all sorts of clothes and they tell you colour may transfer when the item is wet...they still get bought and worn though!
Personally OP I think you should just get the radiator painted! There's no need to get a new one!If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
Sorry to hear about the sad loss of yours
I had the same problem with some jeans, colour came off on the radiator. I used one of those 'Magic Sponges' and it came off a treat..
I hope you get it sorted soon xxSo much for 'Money Saving'0 -

I'm sorry about your Grandad AND this annoying problem.
I gotta say, I have a love/hate relationship with ASOS. I often buy outlet products and cosmetics as well as their own accessories but after way too many poor quality items arriving on my doorstep made by them, I never ever buy their own "ASOS" stuff anymore. For my holiday last year, I filled my basket on ASOS with £80 worth of beachwear, a bikini, swimsuit, beach cover up and felt relieved that I'd gotten everything I needed in one place for a great price. I was horrified at the quality of the stuff that arrived. I had ordered a pastel yellow vest which was a dirty mustard colour, the so-called cover up shirt was like a piece of mesh that barely changed my skin tone let alone cover anything up. The only things I kept from the 12 items ordered were a pair of flip flops and a set of bangles. The quality of their own clothing is abysmal. I hope this gets sorted.0 -
First of all sorry about your grandad
, If your radiator is at a window put your clothes on hangers and hang them on the curtain rail ( only if is a strong one! ) and try astonish paste on the radiator
