Maybe a lot of them have been bought?
My advice is to reserve whatever would like online to make sure they have it stock0 -
epm-84 An email to john.browett@dixons.co.uk CEO,would be worth doing. There is no need for this snooty attitude. You may even get a goodwill voucher. Don't do the promotion and heavily advertise it if you have a problem PCW. epm-84 you did what they wanted a loss leader to get you in store then spent more, you are therefore A VALUED CUSTOMER who pays their wages. It appears as I have found some of the staff are taking this personaly, look down their nose as though you are something the cat has dragged in. Don't except this terrible service....complain.
thanks for this i took your advice and just recieved the following:
Thank you for your E-mail dated 8th December 2010.
Please accept our apologies for the poor service you received in our store in Oxford Street, Bolton.
I would like to offer £20 in the form of store vouchers by way of an apology, If you would like to accept these then please reply to this email.

While cutting through my Local Currys, I spotted a strange object at the entrance, ‘Oh! Is it a magazine stand with the fabled Gift guides’ (I thought)
Oh my god (My heart really did skip) So I picked one up & as I did an alarm went off. So I lingered a couple of seconds, to see if one of the Staff would rugby tackle me to the ground to snatch the Mag out of my fingers. Luckily! I was left alone.

Just bought an iron for £3.89 and earphones for £1. Thanks Curry. The big store in york had more of the cheaper products than the one in Coney Street.
Still have few codes, pm me if you haven't had a voucher to spoil yourself.:jNo reliance should be placed on the above.0 -

People are saying these can be used online, but is that still working? As on the giveaway website it states:
"
Can I use my £5 voucher on-line?
No, £15million giveaway vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at Currys or PC World. Please see the voucher for full terms and conditions of use."
Is it still working online?
And what if you jus use a random address with a new e-mail acc, does it work?0 -
Ok..so i looked to reserve online, most the games wern't available but a legoland sim game was what stoke off luck my bf has it on his amazon wishlist!) so i reserved and treked up to my store....i waited 16 minutes while a very large man who was wheezing as he walked tutted looking through the stands..came back and went..."we dont have it" no apology nothing! So i asked what was the point in reserving and he just shrugged at me and said that it happens! So i asked him to check next door in currys and he sighed, typed in stuff to the computor and said they had 3.
went next door, found it and had very little problems. The man did ask if i had used the voucher before, slightly seemed to look down on me for getting a free item but i got it.
Bit disappointed not everything can be reserved..but then apparently if you reserve you may still not get it ladies and gents!!!
i have 2 more vouchers sent to me from my mum and nan but the store was so quiet and empty i felt uncomfortable, but it is a competition and i HAVE won a voucher, not a discount couponNeed a new start..wheres good to live in the UK?!0 -
