I have Pet Insurance and Car Insurance as well as an investments package with Aviva.
Today, I received a letter stating after a standard review of their accounts they have realised that due to being an existing customer I am eligible for a discount on my Pet Insurance premiums that I have not been receiving. Consequently, they've given me two months free cover and discounted my premiums slightly.
Given my policy renewal date isn't until July of next year I found this to be a very nice gesture. :T
