I give tips, especially "How to dispute about actively seeking work" for people who are not aware of their rights.
dmg24 : for example did you know about 63rd regulation from this scan and by your life experience, could you estimate how many people know about it ?0 -
I've still no idea what you are talking about!0

I'm not sure there's anything in the CAB docs which isn't already in the public domain in some way though its a shame you have betrayed their confidence.
You clearly have a beef with people on JSA being required to seek work in areas other than their original preference.
How long do you think someone should be able to claim JSA premised on a narrow field of work that may have many applicants and few vacancies? One, two, three years? Or forever if they don't get the specific role they hanker after?
Unless you have a specific question, such as a query over your particular JSA agreeement, this does not belong in this forum which is about benefit entitlements. This should be moved by a Mod into Discussion Time as it's about general policy.0 -

If you are able it would be helpful if you could write this in understandable sentences unless you have literacy problems or English is not your first language (the Jobcentre will be able to help if you do have problems).
Before anyone jumps on me I not trying in any way to be offensive to the OP.0 -
I think the OP is on about rules and regulations that exist which the DWP Jobcentreplus employees are either not aware of or are not disclosing for the purposes of denying a claim.
My brother was dismissed via the back door from his job as a manager at Brent Council HB/CTB team because being autistic he knew the rules and regulations inside and out. His job was to assist claimants so when someone had been turned down who was 100% entitled under a certain regulation, he'd write it down on a bit of paper and send them upstairs with it and get them to tell those refusing that entitlement HAD to be granted. Likewise the 14 day rule where interim HB payments have to be made "in principle". That didn't go down well at the council either.0 -
This forum is here to help people to claim what they are entitled to and to answer specific questions.
As you are here by your own admittance to give tips on how to dispute actively seeking work I am closing this thread and referring it to abuse.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0
