Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.46 - FileHippo.com Download and Install. UPDATE tab, CHECK FOR UPDATES then run a FULL SCAN. Remove everything it finds and post log here.

I would use malwarebytes instead of spyware terminator (which I haven't heard of).

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

Uninstall spyware terminator (for now, you can reinstall later if you wish. Not that I recommend it)
Probably a good idea to remove ALCOHOL 120 too (Deamon tools will create a virtual drive legit for free)
