    Jammygal - Absolutely. I simply filled in a short form online and they replied this morning saying they were crediting my payment card with the £4. Sounds cheeky but saves you returning it and buying a new one at the lower price.

    Thanks everyone, just ordered this to pick up from the Trafford Centre - none in store, but they have them in the distribution centre. Let's hope they don't run out of the cake mixes now!!!!!!!!

    Hia just a small query are the cake mixes offer still on just when I add to my basket it doesn't say anything about it?????

    Jammygal -I just followed a link on their website, its in their price guarantee section i believe. Never had to ring them as they replied by email within 24 hours saying that my refund was on its way. I really do love John Lewis.

    it says on the form that it's valid for tefal tins ordered by the 1st december

    Thankyou just got a cookie tray! Didnt see anything about the Betty Crocker thing though so hoping I still get the cookie mixes. I usually bake from scratch but I thought this would be a good deal as I am buying my first place next year so will put the tray away for then and in the meanwhile still have some tasty treats to make with my old tray :)

    Ooh just seen how to claim the mixes in the first post, great!!
