so because they ae 25% off at the moment does that mean you wouldn't be able to apply for the betty crocker stuff?

for some reason i am unable to get the link up that is the form you fill in for the betty crocker mix i have just ordered my cookie sheet ready for pick up tomorrow can anyone send me a copy of the form or point me in the direction of how to get it thanks
