Kindle 3 e-reader versus IPad

I'm sure you'll enjoy it :T
I've been reading eBooks since they first appeared, on various devices, but my Sony is the first dedicated device I've bought. I think that eReaders have hit that tipping point whre the technology has almost caught up with the aspiration and they are more than a geeky toy.
I agree about the covers, I think it is a poor show that they don't provide any sort of cover for them. I've bought a lighted one for mine which was £39 but it would have been nice to have had something in the box to protect it when not in use. A cheap fake leather sleeve would have done. Perhaps someone out there should start knitting them and selling them on eBay.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Actually, no. £10 is a lot to pay for a fake leather one (though the real leather ones are ripoffs too). I was thinking more something like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/6-PACK-SOCKS-SET-CASE-APPLE-iPOD-TOUCH-2G-iPHONE-3G-/160503806022?pt=UK_AudioVisualElectronics_PortableAudio_MP3PlayerCasesSkins&hash=item255ec5b846

p.s. I might be wrong, but I think it is illegal to sell bicast leather as "Leather" in the UK, not sure how that applies to calling it "PU Leather" but it seems like a bit of sharp selling is going on there.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place.
