staying with ovo

Hi all,

This is my very first post Ever!

At present with ovo,

I have been sent an E-mail stating my 12 months is up would i like to stay with them, the price is fixed again and hasn't moved much which also compares with comparison sites, (I put my kwh usage for year in). and appears to be a good deal.

Do I qualify for £30 cash back if I "Don't switch" but go through the process and re sign up with ovo through moneysupermarket?

Some one say yes and make my day!

No, because you're not signing up again-you're simply continuing your existing contract, which has now reached the end of it's minimum term.

No I don't think so. None of these companies treat you well as a loyal customer. They would rather employ their efforts and finances towards new marketing rather than good service or rewarding loyalty.

I quite liked OVO till they had someting specific to do with my account and subsequent queries. Then they just went like the rest....rubbish.

One day they will get the hang of it.
