Morning my lovely ladies and babies
Wow I am feeling so much better today, well so far anyway! Sammy hope you are starting to feel better too hun. A wee bit of a cough but nothing very much so should be able to get my flu jab tomorrow after all (and could probably have gone into work today but too late now and hey the extra days rest will do me the world of good!;)).
Had a super early night last night....well we were watching dvd's in bed the series "Lie to Me" anyone seen it? It's fantastic and I have to say Tim Roth really does something for me , is that just weird?LOL!
Ice beautiful piccy and well done on team blue! I use tinypics for uploading photos, it's dead easy but there is a guide on they moneysaving arms pages (at the top of the page).
I would like to do my own announcement on here and will probably annouce it here before anywhere elseIf for some reason though that doesn't happen and it is announced on FB first and you don't here from me then the ones I am friends with on FB can let the others know......mmm saying that I am behind loads of you so you probably wont be around anyway
That's a really sad thought actually I'm going to miss you guys
Jeez Sunday morning telly is rubbish isn't it, have borrow Alice in Wonderland from sis so might have to watch that, DH is still in bed and he's not bothered about it and DD stayed at her Grannys last night with her cousin.....I miss her"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -

YesI just want to remind people (looks like it'll be Ice and Sammy's responsibility) that you can tell people if I make an announcement on Facebook before MSE. But to be honest I'm more likely to announce it here first...or get OH to do it for me!
Me too! I don't mind one of you lovely ladies announcing my news.I hate it when this happens, cos I'm not part of the "other" club - are they both regulars here? Can I expect to hear very soon?

Sorry, on my phone. Silly phone.
Mi3 - both are def regulars on here. I'm sure they will log on as soon as they can x0 -
Good to see you are feeling better Teenie. Unfortunately I'm not! Got a horrible cough and sore throat that is going nowhere. Never had it for so long before. DH had an awful night and his coughing kept me awake. Oh well.
Off for a shower and a dog walk to see if that perkse up.
Take care all x0 -
Morning ladies, had my first good night of sleep for a week last night and woke up to breakfast in bed! Love my hubby so much
He then started telling me all his plans for the nursery, i'm still trying to get my head around the fact that we are going to be parents, don't get me wrong we're both 30, emplyed, have a house and car but i don't feel like an adult quite yet! Maybe having a baby will change that, or maybe i'll still be the same. I'm feeling very relaxed this morning and want to thank all you guys for your support and help. I 'm off for a walk later with a friend then to see my sister as she wants me to look after their pets while they are away. Shoul dbe fun...there's 5 of them!
When people are talking about losing touch once the babies are born...why can't we make another thread for ourselves? We have the 'under12 weeks' we have the 'pregnancy' why not another one for 'new mse parents'? Then we could keep chatting and share problems, questions, good deals available for new parents...just like we do on here but for the problems the kids cause us once they are outside of our bodies!
Keep smiling and hugs and LV to those in need x0 -

Glad you had a good sleep
I suppose the next step is the parents thread, I have ventured on there a couple of times but haven't seen a lot of the 'oldies'. It is quite a fast moving thread which might put some people off, but I intend to post there when bubs is born and the posters seem to be really nice.;)"That's no reason to cry. Congratulations on team Blue Ice!
I went out for a nice meal last night for my friends birthday, had a banana split yum hehe.0 -
Hi ladies!
Well - Samuel James was born on Thursday 13th January at 8.33pm, I will post my birth story on the other thread but suffice to say it was a very traumatic experience so I won't post any details here for fear of scaring ladies away!
He's absolutely gorgeous and I'm completely in love - however, he's struggling to feed and burp at the moment which is really frustrating as he won't sleep at night - I'm working on it.
Will post back later when I have more time with a pic as I'm awaiting the HV at the moment.
Lots of love to you all
