Out of 10 - Best Current Accounts

We are indundated by the 'best buys' of the various banks and sometimes it's hard not to follow the MSE instinct and go with the money-grabbing headline rates, only to find that the service is rubbish or the website is cranky and slow or just plain useless.
It might be interesting to have a quick straw poll on what everyone thinks of their main current account provider based on a few criteria:
Website - simplicity, ease of use and functions available
Customer service - speaks for itself but including the electronic messaging services some sites provide and the good old call centres, and branches too!
Interest rates - interest rates!
Value for money - taking interest rates into the equation and the extras the account might provide if it includes a fee, if not then generally whether you feel the account is 'hitting all the right buttons' for you.
Overall - a final score out of 10 based on the above and your own general feeling of where your bank and account lands.
I'll start mine off:
smile - standard current account
W - 8/10
C - 8/10
I - 6/10
V - 7/10
O - 8/10
