Please, been using our property, but want to know the price of something that isnt on there yet, seems to take ages to update.

    I think they are all based on the Land Registry & I think they only update every quarter. But I may be wrong.

    Has it actually gone through yet? And even if it has, how long ago was it?

    It can take months for the data to feed though to the websites

    Yes think the Land registry updates are once a quarter,so in Sept I got notified of June updates,so I don't thik yours will show til they do Dec figures.
