Jual Domestics bad experience

Bought one appliance and after one month I did not received anything.
The customer service is not helping as always reply that they will let
me know once they have it. Asked for the refund and still waiting. I
will not recommend to anyone. As soon as I get my money back, if I
manage to get it I will pay some money more and get it on a proper
internet shop like comet. The cheap was expensive.

There was a long thread on here about Jual. Basically, people were saying that they seem to take the money from your account straight away and then inform you that the item will be 4-6 weeks. Also been suggested that they bully sites like Reviewcentre into removing negative comments about them.

Their own terms and conditions say that a customer can cancel for any reason up the item being dispatched. I would send them a recorded delivery letter saying you are cancelling and want the money refunding within 7 days. If it doesn't appear back in your account, take it up with Trading Standards - see the Consumer Direct website for the number. HTH.
