    Thanks for the replies; one last question (I hope!) - is the following HDD a reasonable choice:

    Seagate ST9250315AS 250GB 2.5" Hard Drive SATAII 5400rpm 8MB Cache - OEM

    I'm not too worried about super speed etc. so I'd rather have that little extra reliability a 5400rpm drive gives when compared to a 7200rpm drive (plus it's cheaper!)
