Electric wall mounted heaters

hi guys,
Im hoping im putting this in the right place so appologies if its not. I want to buy wall mounted heaters for my flat. I have seen them somewhere and they are quite flat heaters which plug in and can be mounted on the wall. There is no gas in my building and gernerally the flat if very warm so i dont want / cant afford to spend a fortune on putting in electic central heating.
Does anyone know where i can find these or know of any good deals just now. Thanks
