wii error reading discs

When inserting a disc in to the wii it comes up with the message disc reading error. I've tried all the wii games and get the message with all the game. Please help!

Try a standard CD/DVD cleaning disk.
If outside warranty and that fails getting inside a Wii requires a tri-wing screwdriver - there are probably videos on youtube showing how. Once inside you could try cleaning the DVD lens with a cotton bud and the CD cleaner fluid (its alcohol) and maybe reseating the ribbon cable going to it.0 -
