Life insurance for mother HELP

Hi, i really need some help. My mother lives abroad and morbid as it sounds she wants to be brought back over to the uk when she dies. There is no kind of insurance policy she can purchase in Turkey for herself. I am her only child and so financial responsibility would fall on me. Is there any type of policy i can take out to cover the costs to bring her home and bury her, or is there some kind of policy she could take out in the uk even though she doesn't live here?
