    Fed ex have an option on their wensite to pass the info over to them and they will then investigate it but NEVER open them they're like the bank ones, scams

    ARGH!!! this happened to me a week ago, i dunno why i tried to download it! had to wipe my computer completely back to factory settings! sooooooooo annoying!
