Personal Capability Asessment

Invalidation

I note, with respect to those already in receipt of Incapacity benefit, that they will be 'moved across' to ESA and re=assessed.
Fine
I also note this:
"the date of a customer’s re-assessment will be based on the review date of their Personal Capability Assessment;"
Ive been on IB since 1993 and never had any Personal capability Asessment
Curious?

Have you never completed an IB50?this is effectively the PCA,if you score 15 points then thats it.
Some people dont even get the IB50 their gp is asked to complete a form(med20?)and Ib id renewed without an IB50.0 -
I filled in a form some years ago to apply for IB (I can't remember what the letters/numbers of the form were).
Since then I have never had a renewal form and never had a medical.
I just send in a sick note ( the last one was a 'fit' note) every 6 months.0 -
