Don't buy from this kitchen supply company!

Just to warn people about this kitchen supply company, who claims to have the cheapest kitchen in the world. Well, they maybe cheap, but their service is appalling.
They even write on the back of their contract that "it is almost guaranteed that in the supply of kitchen there will be parts missing, demaged or wrong", which we should have read and been alert, but the sales person was so convincing and the price was great, so we fell for it.
On the day the kitchen was scheduled to be fitted (one month after we made our order), the kitchen fitters came and found out there were parts missing and wrong, so the kitchen cannot be fitted. Since then, we've been left with no kitchen to use for two weeks now as our old kitchen was taken out before the agreed date to fit the new kitchen. We have been trying to sort this out for the last two weeks and they are still making us to wait saying they don't know when the parts can be delivered. They actually consider the missing parts as a second order we made which they say will fall into their standard delivery time up to 20 working days from the day we made the complain (same day the kitchen was supposed to be fitted), not the day we made the initial order. Their customer service takes hours to get through on the phone and the staff are not friendly at all, they insist that they are in the right since their t&c says it is almost guaranteed to have goods missing, damaged or wrong and saying we should just read their t&c for any related questions. When asked what happens if they cannot supply the missing parts within the 21 working days (which the kitchen fitters told us is often the case from their experiences of dealing with this company), the person refused to answer. We will see what happens when the 20 working days period is up.
The kitchen company's name is kitchens-now. I found more reviews about this company on the reviewcentre website , but as a new user I can't post with links so just serch kitchens-now on reviewcentre dot com.

It's a shame as it does put people off buying online which means plenty of good companies do not make the money they deserve.
I know a site that a friend has started called World Of Baths. Well when I say buy I do mean that they aquired it off someone after they run it to the ground and got a very bad reputation. They are trying to regain a good reputation as they are genuine people selling genuine products.
But companies like kitchens-now do ruin it for the majority of good companies.
I am in the SEO business. Now anyone who has an online business knows how many cowboys their are in my sector lol0 -
thanks jimmylees!
Looks like I'm not alone. Wonder if anyone has started any court claim against them or referred them to trading standards (I have contact consumer direct already)?
This whole experience has left us with no kitchen, extremely stressed, kitchen and living room are piled with boxes which were supposed to be fitted in the kitchen, and increased costs for food as we have to rely on take aways.0 -
Kitchens Now are part of the Vance Millar kitchen empire - all known to Trading Standards under a variety of names. I would put Kitchens Now in the title of your thread. I hope you eventually get things resolved.0

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies.
