Vaillant Boiler & Installation: Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: HomeServe Membership Limited, Cable Drive, Walsall WS2 7BN.
2. The prize draw is open to HomeServe customers resident in the UK (except Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter or any other HomeServe group company or any other person who is connected with the promotion or administration of the draw.
3. To enter, complete the online form with your address and contact details to arrive no later than 11.59pm on 12 April 2011 ('the Closing date').
4. By entering this prize draw online (www.homeserve.com/vaillantprizedraw) and providing your email address you agree that HomeServe Membership Limited and their group companies may use your email address to keep you informed by email of products and services which they consider may be of interest to you.
5. One entry per customer.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received prior to the Closing Date.
8. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere.
9. The prize draw will take place following the Closing Date and will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be notified in writing by 30 April 2011.
10. The winner will receive a Vaillant boiler and free installation at their insured address ("The Prize").
11. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities.
12. The Prize must be accepted as offered, there are no alternatives.
13. The Prize is non-transferable.
14. The name and county of the prize winners will be available until 31 May 2011 by sending a stamped, self-address envelope to Prize Draw Winner, Marketing Manager, HomeServe Membership Limited, Cable Drive, Walsall, WS2 7BN.
15. The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
16. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding.

Anyone else having problems with entering this one - it won't let me enter, keeps saying enter address but I have - confused!

I've emailed them to inform them of the problem, maybe if others do the same they will take action
