"very" statement, unexpected

"very", previously known as "additions", sent me a statement out of the blue with £20 credit on it. I haven't got an account with them. Unsure if this was a strange marketing ploy or a case of identity theft I rang the no to 0870 number - 0800 180 000 - and got through to "first". Adviser stated that this is a system error and to ignore it - they have been many calls regarding this mistake. From what she said it sounds like they are expecting a few more yet- perhaps you are one of them. They had my details from when I had an additions account in 2000 and I haven't really got £20 credit. That's all right then
