how far behind with the mortgage are you,that they are proceeding with repossession?

Hi Woody

I know this is off thread but the point you make about options available, I was asked this question about 6 months ago. It ended up that that the Judge gave possession but suspended it for 6 months to pay off the arrears. As he couldn't find all of that money AND pay the mortgage they had to leave. Really lovely couple and very sad with young children involved as well, they had to live separate for 3 months after.
The person in question didn't know that there was something he could have done and just went to court on the day. Head in sand syndrome!!!
