debit card

I read the other post on here about yorkshire/clydesdale bank basic bank account and debit card so I went on to the clydesdale site the basic account is called cashmaster account but when I read what you get with it I doesn't say anything about a debit card could anyone tell me if this is the right card I am looking at thanks.

    According to FSA leaflet (recently updated) Clydesdale Cashmaster accont does come with a debit card (Solo, Electron or Maestro).

    It will come with Maestro.

    They don't issue single function cards now unless you specifically request one, and have never issued Solo or Electron.

    will the bank do a credit check to open the account because I have been refused credit cards and current accounts before.
