Thanks sra this morning it came in on windows media player I want to save and edit it please, cant seem to do that out of itunes?

For anyone else that's looking...

There is a 'podcast' version that can be automatically downloaded every week by Itunes.

A media file that can be automatically downloaded by software is called a "podcast" though the name is misleading as you can use them without an Ipod (and without Itunes though MSE want you to use that right now)

Additionally, the latest email should also contain a link to a WMV version for that week's video that you can manually download

Im thinking that the vid should be in the same box where it says listen to tips as the audio right at the top its sort of hidden away further down the email
