Mine was depsateched on 18th.. so i ahve to wait 10 days so that should be Sunday then... hmm it better come soon - its a birthday present which I'm meant to be delivering on 4th!

If it was dispatched on the 18th you will have to wait until 1st of December before they'll look into it as it's 10 working days from dispatch, i see it now says 'usually dispatched within 24 hours' on the fireman sam link now when it took 5 working days for them to dispatch mine, i'm sure it said usually delivered within three days when i ordered.

Oh its 10 working days is it? Thanks I assumed calander days... Those who just received theirs.. when did you get the message to say it was despatched?

I'm getting really fed up of waiting now! I feel a complaint to Asda coming up. I know its free delivery and I don't expect it to be sent first class but its almost two weeks since I ordered now and they are supposed to be a big company...it should not have taken them so long to despatch!

Hello all recieved mine yesterday! but its smaller than i was thinking also the packaging inside was all ripped where the dvds are supposed to sit tight and they are just loose inside bit dissapointed.. might complain about packaging.

Mine was showing as despatched on the 17th and i received mine yesterday so hopefully yours is on its way.

Mines just come....at last. The box was totally bashed up but luckily the dvd set is fine! Won't be ordering from Asda again in a hurry
