I ordered the Fireman Sam at the same price on 13th, finally despatched the 18th but still not received. I'm starting to worry! I would understand delays if it was a week before christmas but this is ridiculous.

Ordered the fireman Sam one on the day this was posted on here and not received mine either, it said on the order usually within 3days but in the terms and conditions it says usually delivered within 3-10 working days, mine was apparently despatched on the 17th.

mine has been dispatched too....and still waiting. bit ironic really, hope they don't use the rail network as part of the way of getting thomas to us. what would the fat controller say?! probably been sent snail mail.

My Thomas set has just been delivered by Royal Mail. I ordered the Fireman Sam one at the same time, but that was despatched a day later so expecting it tomorrow. The box set is nice for the money and has every series from 1-11 (288 episodes), can't grumble for £13.50 and TCB of £1.23 so £12.27 for each, bargain!!! Thanks OP!

My thomas set today. I got twitchy on Monday and checkrd my order confirmation but it said to allow 10 working days before contacting them as dispatch is a bit slower. HTH
