Allow Access?

Hi ,
I am trying to do a survey for Pinecone research and IE keeps asking me to allow or deny access to my clipboard for this study .
If I click allow ,it doesn't do anything and ditto for deny.In the end I can't do anything as ,it just sits there and ,I have to close the whole computer down .
I can't do this survey on Firefox as it won't allow it .
Do I need to unblock something .Oh and plain English please ,I am computer illiterate .
