Just been sent one of these after changing to new capped tarrif,have set it up as the book, and it give a general use reading fine,but what do you do with the 9 appliance screens, no mention in book, they all read completley blank all of the time

    This is something that's puzzled me; so I've had a word with our technical people and it appears it's a facility meant for the future development of the monitors.

    Not sure of the actual development but I think it's to do with the ability to check the usage of individual appliances.

    Another MSE'r, Parva, mentioned something similar last week. Obviously more informed than me. :D

    The function is not available at the moment but we will be letting people know when it comes on line. No date yet, I'm afraid.

    Sorry for the vagueness. Hopefully, will be able to let you know more at a later date.
