Cannock Beds - Disaster!

Hi there. Really wanted to post on here to see if anyone else has had problems with Cannock Beds? They seem to be a company limited to Scotland in terms of stores but are also linked to a couple of the big bed websites. I am currently enduring what has now become a 14 week dispute with them and am almost at the end of my rope!
Any advice or other horror stories?

I bought a bed from there 9 years ago. Arranged delivery for the 1st day in my new home, and they didn't turn up! Had to wait a few more days, as I recall.0
