Allowing access to view Emails

Had a bit of a brain freeze. Need to help someone gain access to their boss's emails whilst he's abroad. He's a bit of a technophobe and wants the lady in question to have access but hasn't a clue how to sort. I've only set this up when I was in a big organisation and we had server etc etc. These guys aren't networked and work at opposite ends of country. They use Outlook. Is there any way he can give her access? My suggestion was that she use his logon and password. They are under time pressure as he leaves for Hong Kong tomorrow -- forward planning may have to be on next meeting agenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could he not set it to forward a copy of all e-mails to her account. Would need to sort this out with his e-mail account.

Are the emails just coming through a `normal` account, BT, NTL, etc?

If they are, she can just go to https://www.mail2web.com and as long has she has his email address and password she can get his email and even reply using his email address. And it`s FREE.

No idea how it works but often use it when abroad.

if your using exchange server, just right click on the boss's email inbox, and give permissions for the lady.

If outlook/express with a standard pop3 account, add his email account settings to her outlook config. If you don't know the email pwd use this:
