I just done an order this morning - i need to do 3 scrapbooks by christmas
I had trouble with the online uploader so done them using the downloaded software all went thru fine but when I got to the final page I discovered the discount code hadnt worked and i had been charged nearly £10 :0 nopt impressed. I rang lidl to cancel - they wouldn't do it I was so mad! they just said it was all automatic and they could not cancel any order manually and i should have rang them when i saw the code hadnt been accepted but that wasnt until after my card details were already in !
I even rang the bank who couldnt cancel the payment either. urrrrrggggh.
If i wanted to pay £10 I would have just gone into town and had the prints in my hand in under 15 mins
Wont be using them again!!!#
