Has anyone actually managed to order from Lidl? I cannot for the life of me get the software to work for the photos! I sat for 2 hours last night selecting photos but none of them seemed to show up, I ended up with a total of 6x4 photos in my basket but not actually confirming what they were ie no photos displayed. I also had the wrong size for a couple I had forgotten to change and could not get them out of my basket! Any advice would be greatly received.0

I sent them an order at the beginning of the week, but haven't recieved yet - due to postal problems here though due to snow.
It did show all my photos as blank boxes with x square at top, but once I had downloaded a programme they wanted me to do, the photos transferred properly.
I will let you know quality etc when I receive them.0 -
http://myfreephotoprints.info/ - there's loads of current offers for free prints on here along with postage prices
i use http://fresh-prints.com currently going through all the offers, then when i have i'll do it all again with the misses details. :T0 -

I had a bit of a disaster with Aldi photos, so decided to try Lidl - I spent ages uploading them, and when I tried to order them they 'disappeared' into the ether, never to be seen again.
Sent email, was told to download software.
So I did, and entered them all again - success, I thought! BUT the code I entered for the free prints seemed to be accepted, then vanished & I was charged the full price. When I emailed about this, I was told that I had ordered the wrong sized prints... I wanted 6x4, that is what the upload tool defaulted to, but the software seems pre-set to 4.5 x6 (it's in small print up near the top & you have to change it) OK, I should have changed it, but honestly thought I was ordering the 'standard' prints.
So I now have almost 200 prints in a size that I didn't want (they have apparently been dispatched) I've emailed to say I'm not too impressed.
I've used other photo printing sites with no problem, but this one seems to be glitchy and really not user-friendly!0 -
I used lidl photos and like most of you I had a nightmare using their software. So what I did in the end was create a folder on my laptop and copy all the pictures I wanted in there and then uploaded them.
However, despite super speedy delivery some of the photos are not 4 x 6, i got pics of all different sizes
but more annoyingly, I ordered a print that I wanted in 5 x 7 (obviously I knew I'd have to pay for this and did)
when they arrived this morning the 5 x 7 is actually 5 x 6.5 really annoying as I wanted it to put in a 5 x 7 frame :mad:0
