photo organiser required

I have had to reinstall windows on a friends computer as it seems they have completely messed it up and quite frankly it has been several years since they installed xp on it, I have done the usual things, compressed, virus checked etc etc and have come up with a problem.

I want a program that will organise and physically move all their photos into one large folder, at the moment it looks like their photos are in a thousand locations! Obviously I would picasa normally, but Im afraid it doesnt have the ability to physically move the files (well not in an easy quick way).

Does anyone recommend a cheap preferably free program that can do this?

Thanks!!!
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.

Use windows explorer , search for *.jpg, in the results pane ctrl+a (or edit select all) ctrl+x (or edit cut) then in the new folder ctrl+v (or edit paste). Free cheap and wait while it runs:D
