Have I a case?

I've brought several pairs of glasses from the same seller, I emailed him before bidding for the first one to ask the make of crystal. He confirmed it was the one I wanted so I bid on the first item and was happy when it arrived.

I then won another pair of glasses from the same seller and lost two more. I then noticed he had another pair at BIN. I bid and won and the 2 pairs arrived today.

However one pair is a slightly different range of Galway crystal. The buyers descriptions were very vague saying only "A pair of beautiful Galway Crystal Glasses. Brand new and boxed" on the first.
"A pair of beautiful Galway Crystal Glasses. 24% lead crystal" on the second. Brand new and boxed. (thats why I emailed the first time) However he has used the same picture on all 3 bids so I assumed it was all the same glasses.

I've emailed him to say I'm disappointed that the glasses aren't the same range. I've not received a reply. Have I a case? Its the first time I've had a problem with items.

Yes, if the items are not as they were described in the listing, including wrong photographs used, then you definitely do have a case.

Always attempt to sort it out with the seller first before going to dispute though.
