Our local store does not know that this offer is still valid. I had to navigate the girl through the screens till it showed the offer and an expiry date of 1/11/06 Then the woman that overrode the price said "good spot, no one told us this offer was extended"

I purchased the bundle last week to be home delivered. After the order was completed the web site said that the singstar item was out of stock. I requested an email for when it was back in stock and on Monday I received an email saying that it was back in stock.
I then emailed customer services on Monday to ask if they would honour the bungle and send me the singstar. I got their reply today (almost 48 hours later) which just said that the item was out of stock. Which I checked again on the web site and found that the item was actually still in stock for my post code.
I have now emailed back asking for when it will be back in stock or if they would offer me an alternative item.
I have received the other two items by the way.
To be it looks like Argos are trying to get out of supplying me with the third item, which I believe I am entitled to. I will post when I get more news.

I had a similar thing happen to georgeherb..... I ordered this bundle online last week and it showed as in stock, i paid, then on the last page after Id completed the order it said that Buzz £4.95 was out of stock. I requested an email to tell me when it was back in stock, and received that email the same day:mad:
I was able to cancel the PS2, but not the singstar, but i returned the singstar with the del driver. My sister got the bundle for me from her store:j
I have just received a £10 gift voucher, it should only have been £5 after the PS2 was taken off, but i feel im owed it after all the hassle:o
