i reserved yesterday...and went in to collect today (just back in fact!!!)

The reservation had been deleted, so the lady at the till put it in manually and everything was in stock and i got the offer.

So maybe check each item individually then pop in and buy on offer?

I have phoned customer services and they dont have it on their system. Although they can see it advertised they also get it to £147! Advised me to check the offer over the weekend incase its not been set on the system!

Offer was advertised on telly agin tonight during the x-factor.
It is also on the front page of their half term leaflet so probably worth a trip
down to a store if the website isn't sorted out.

There is a major systems problem with this deal.

All stores were briefed on this the day after it started, it requires a manual override on the tills. The offer is defintaly on and correct! If you do get any fussy staff make sure you have a copy of the flyer, an internet printoff is not sufficient, as the price you pay is the price instore on the day etc.

Just got it today. Sheffield city centre had about 32 PS2's and 25 Buzz's and 25 Singstar's, so they are stocked up for the offer, which I understand is on until the end of half term. It is a cracking deal, must be a loss leader to get us in store!
